What difference does it make?
When you are live streaming an event to your Facebook group, the comments from the members of the group will appear anonymous on Flutin Live. This is how they appear:

How to reveal the commenter’s identity
To do away with this anonymity crisis, the commenter is required to give Flutin their permission to access their Facebook name and profile picture.
Follow these simple steps to help them permit access:
Make your group members aware of this situation. Let them know that if they wish to comment on your live stream, they need to permit Flutin to access their name and picture.
Send them the post of the Facebook Group post which will redirect them to the permission page
Once the access is granted, their name and picture will appear in their future comments on Flutin Live streams.
Note that only the users or group members who wish to comment on your live streams need to grant the access.
Facebook is expected to make changes on the group members information front in the future. When that happens, this extra step will no longer be necessary.
